۞ The structure of this equipment are all specially designed. Machine design are under FEA analysis, after welding, each frame has been dealed with annealing and aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, it can effectively control the deformation, and ensure the strength, rigidity and service life of the rack.
۞ The fuel tanks are respectively placed on top to absorb oil independently , and the main cylinders are controlled separately to form various combinations of output to achieve the required tonnage;
۞ This equipment adopt servo proportional valve and special-made prefill valve, high-response servo pump control system and optimized piping system to achieve stable and reliable oil circuit operation.
۞ The DELTA motion controller is used in the control system to realize the 8-axis closed-loop interlocking control system, realizing fast and stable, and the actual cycle time is only 5.5 seconds under the full stroke and full pressure, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Applications
This equipment is specially used for high-strength steel hot stamping/forging and other processes, including punching, bending, twisting, undulation, shaping, forming, stretching and other processes.
