- It employs an eight-sided adjustable guide rail, offering high precision, convenient adjustment, and strong resistance to eccentric loads.
- The hydraulic system is mounted within the top platform, ensuring that the oil tank, master cylinder, oil pump, and valve block are all closely positioned, resulting in compact piping, reduced vibration, lower noise levels, and a low leakage rate.
- Stamping efficiency can reach 4 seconds per cycle, and drawing efficiency can reach 6 seconds per cycle.
- A quick mold-change system is available as an option.
- Customizable configuration of infeed/outfeed robots or transfer systems, tailored to the customer’s production process.
