Features
۞ This equipment adopts a top-push bottom-pull structure, with column, frame and steel wire winding types to choose from. The copper bearing guide design is enlarged and widened to improve the machine's ability to resist eccentric loads. Each frame of the racks has been analyzed by a finite element computer, each frame is annealed and aged after welding to eliminate welding stress and ensure the strength and stiffness of the frame;
۞ This equipment adopts a high-frequency response proportional servo control system, equipped with a fast unloading valve and a high-frequency response cartridge valve. The free forging is equipped with a fast forging valve and pressure graded control to improve the response speed and achieve high-frequency forging;
۞ Adopt German Siemens PLC programmable controller, cooperate with American MTS or German Balluff displacement sensor to realize accurate closed-loop control of forging position, complete safety configuration and fault self-diagnosis capability, improve the safety and maintenance efficiency of equipment;

This equipment is specially used for forging and forming of large blanks such as free forging,die forging,multi-directional forging, etc. It is suitable for upsetting, upsetting, punching, drawing,expanding, shaping,straightening and other processes. It is mainly used in electric power equipment, shipbuilding and petrochemicals, metallurgical equipment, mechanical machine tools, military nuclear energy and other fields.
