- All frames of this equipment are specially designed; following finite-element analysis, each frame undergoes annealing and aging treatment after welding to eliminate residual welding stresses, effectively control deformation, and ensure the frame’s strength, rigidity, and service life.
- The oil tanks are mounted on top, with independent oil suction and separate control by the main cylinders, enabling various combinations of output to achieve the required tonnage.
- This equipment employs a servo‑proportional valve and a custom‑designed fluid‑filling valve, coupled with a high‑response servo pump control system and an optimized piping layout, to ensure stable and reliable hydraulic circuit operation.
- The control system employs DELTA motion controllers to implement an 8-axis closed-loop interlock control, delivering fast and stable performance with a cycle time of just 5.5 seconds across the full stroke and under full pressure, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency.
