- Safety and Piping Design: The system employs a servo‑pump control scheme with proportional logic control, featuring an integrated piping layout that is compact and minimizes leakage. It is equipped with multiple safety circuits to prevent the center beam slider from descending, ensuring compliance with European and American safety standards. A higher mold‑opening force is incorporated to facilitate mold release, while the piping primarily utilizes Germany’s 37° flare‑free, weld‑free connections and Walform’s self‑forming tube ferrule technology, virtually eliminating leaks.
- Control System: Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and a color touchscreen HMI in Chinese and English; the electrical control cabinet features separate high‑ and low‑voltage circuits and includes a precise jog‑mode mold adjustment function for convenient mold‑handling operations.
